So Close...
So Eric & I have been pretty focused lately on numbers. Specifically, the number of skeins of yarn yet to be dyed. We talk about it quite a bit I guess, because this morning before running off with dad to the Library, Nora left me this 'note'.
She told me "this is the number of yarns to dye while I'm gone."
"If you forget, you can look at it until I get home."
Here's the couch:
She told me when she got home, that I didn't quite get enough done. Taskmaster, that one.
**If you are still waiting for your kit, I appreciate your patience! This past few days (and the current weekend), have been all about dyeing everything needed for the outstanding orders.
Assembly is the name of the game.

Hmmm. What's that red & white colorway in the lower left corner? I don't remember desiging anything that called for that....
Speaking of assembly, I shipped out another huge whack of patterns today, so that's another piece to fall into place. You should probably get Nora to inventory them when they arrive.
That's a big number! And it's amazing that she has it so precisely.
Back to work for you!

You are in for an interesting ride with that little girl of yours...
If you never speak to me again I will totally understand.
as one of those waiting for my Tsocks 101 kit - I TOTALLY appreciate the updates! and man, that's a LOT of skeins to dye!! Thanks for doing all that and doing such a beautiful job with it all!
(and my Little Man and your little Nora would TOTALLY get along. he's loving writing and making up the big numbers right now)
I imagine there's never a time when it doesn't feel like you have that many skeins to dye.
That Nora cracks me up!
Nora: good job on the numbers. Jennifer and Eric: get that child used to Quickbooks and you may never have to worry about farm financial records again!

I got my kit last week, so you really went through that big number FAST. Thanks!
