NOT what I had planned for today.

There were a ton of kits I had wanted to get mailed out today. A ton.

For some reason, I couldn't seem to get anything finished today. I didn't waste time knitting, I didn't watch tv, or read a book, or sleep in, or watch a movie....

But I DID take a walk through the pasture this morning. I'm not completely certain, but I think this is what caused my problems today. Yes, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure that the pasture walk was definately the root of my lack of completed and mailed kits today.

First, I found these:

Then, when I went back out to bring them in the space in the barn I'd made for them, I found THIS:

Frankly, I'm afraid to go out again.

Lambs don't come when it's convenient. Murphy guarantees it. Good luck with your sanity.

well, at least your own children didn't multiply.
They are so sweet. I'll accept that as a reason to delay

Babies! They are so precious. Nothing makes me smile like lambs running around in a spring time pasture...

That's what we get for ordering kits during lambing season!

Hmph. I never get anything that cute when ~I~ go out.

I saw a bear once, though. Does that count?

Those are the sweetest little lambs ever. I think you should go out again.

Awwwwwwww!!! But totally worth canning your plans for! And you know, this just means more fleece for our voracious habits right? (and I assume more "food" for some - although I have to admit, I don't like to think of that.....)

I agree with others - more pics!

Are you saying those lambs are TRIPLETS? Talk about your efficient farming practices!

My mom has asked me to stalk you. She's Rena, glassneedle on ravelry, and she met you at Paneras on Long Island is is "renting" one of your sheep. She said that you might need some help skeining up some yarn and since I apparently live near you, she is volunteering me for the job. So here I am, stalking you. BOO!

I'll leave a note on ravelry too.

OMG! You're still dyeing Booze colors, Cleo colors, upcoming Firebird colors, and LAMBING is starting??? Tell Lisa she needs to knit you up a clone, immediately! I realize this is a difficult task, but if anyone can do it, it's Lisa.
