Is it Thursday already?

Well! How about that. Go away for the weekend to a fiber festival, and an entire week is gone in a blink.

As tomorrow is Friday, come hang out with us again! From 4pm until we close at 8pm. There's a drawing for something free... and if you came in last week you picked up a coupon - it expires this week, so bring it with you! And if you missed out on that one, come in and get next week's coupon.

Class list for June (so far - more being added):
Dye it Yourself Workshop: Saturday June 6th from 12pm - 2pm. I lied. I can't have a Dye workshop that Saturday.... schedule conflicts. Let's do this on the following Saturday the 13th from 12 - 2pm. 2 skeins of superwash FlockSock Sock Yarn for you to paint - all the dyes & equipment are here. $45.00
Sign up now for Kids (7-13) Learn to Knit class, and the adult Learn to Knit class starting soon. Needles & hand-dyed yarn, instructions and pattern, all included. You'll knit a hat, and start your 2nd by the end of class. $65.00 adult or kids.
2 start dates for kids & 2 start dates for adults:
May 31st: 1pm - 2:30pm, kids learn to knit - 1 of 4, meets 4 weeks.
June 1st: 6pm - 8pm, adult learn to knit - 1 of 3, meets 3 weeks.
June 2nd: 5pm - 6:30pm, kids learn to knit - 1 of 4, meets 4 weeks.
June 3rd: 1oam - 12pm, adult learn to knit - 1 of 3, meets 3 weeks.

Learn to Spin - Drop spindle, fiber & 3 weeks of classes all included, $75.00. Class scheduled for Thursday June 11th from 10-12pm.

I'd like to add toe-up socks on 1 circular needle - how does Friday the 12th from 12-2pm? 2 weeks, one for the toe & one for the heel. $45.00
Must have some sock experience. Bring with you one set of size one circs at least 29 inches, and sock yarn for your sock (fingering weight - at least 200 yds, for at least one sock). (*yarn and needles available for purchase here.)

That about sums it up for now. Updates from the Mass Sheep & Wool Festival are on the way.

I wish I lived closer!

Wendy decorated the knit kit for my mom's birthday, and we sent it. I have photos on my blog, now, since she has finally gotten it (it took us a while to ship it off...)

I'm Colleen's Mom and the lucky recipient of the Knit Kit that Wendy decorated for me. I LOVE it!
